The menus and the wine list are the results of a careful selection of local raw materials prepared with care and creativity. There is a lot of Tuscany in our dishes, with some digression surprise and infinite love of the flavours of Italy.

– Squid and clams on cream of chickpeas and chopped truffle
– Truffle potatoes with white fish “Trabaccolara”
– Tagliolini with shellfish sauce and truffle on parmesan cheese
– Fish of the day with mushrooms and cream of leeks with truffles

Wednesday evening from 18.30 aperitif in the garden

THE SUNDAY EVENING: FISH GRILL IN THE GARDEN

Our cook Michele Pardini will grill in the garden for you

– Pappa al pomodoro and mussels
– Panzanella di mare
– Sea bruschetta
– and … Gran Grigliata with fish of the day and vegetables
